Terms of Service

The Simple Version
  • Our job is simple: you send us the order, and we handle the printing and mailing.

  • You are responsible for making sure the client information, mailing address, and documents you submit are correct and that you have permission to provide them to us.

  • We'll process your order based on exactly what you submit. Because we're a printing and mailing service, we don't review your documents for insurance compliance, policy accuracy, or legal requirements.

  • If we make a mistake in fulfilling your order, we'll work to make it right.

  • Once a completed mailing has been turned over to the mailing provider, delivery and timing are outside our direct control, so we can't guarantee an exact delivery date or be responsible for postal delays.

  • In short: you provide the correct information and documents, and we'll take care of getting them printed, prepared, and mailed.

The complete Terms of Service below provide more detailed information.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Mail My Final Expense Client (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Service”). By accessing our website, submitting an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Mail My Final Expense Client provides document printing, preparation, fulfillment, and mailing services primarily for insurance professionals.

Our role is limited to processing and mailing materials according to the information and documents submitted by the user.

Mail My Final Expense Client is not an insurance carrier and does not provide insurance, legal, tax, financial, or regulatory advice through the Service.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, we do not review submitted documents for accuracy, suitability, regulatory compliance, completeness, or legal sufficiency.

2. User Responsibility and Authorization

By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to submit the information and documents included in the order;

  • You have all permissions, consents, and legal authority necessary to provide us with any client or consumer information submitted through the Service;

  • Your use of the Service complies with applicable laws, regulations, carrier requirements, contractual obligations, and privacy requirements;

  • The information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge; and

  • The documents and materials you submit may lawfully be printed and mailed to the intended recipient.

3. Client Information and Privacy

Information submitted through the Service is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or use submitted client information for independent marketing or solicitation.

Our order processing is designed to be primarily automated and to minimize human access to individual client information. Human access may occur when reasonably necessary to physically fulfill an order, match documents with the correct mailing materials, provide customer support, troubleshoot a problem, investigate a security issue, or otherwise operate the Service.

Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information regarding our information-handling and retention practices.

4. Accuracy of Submitted Information

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of information submitted with an order.

We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, improperly formatted, or incorrectly submitted information.

Once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

  • Client names;

  • Mailing addresses;

  • Documents and attachments;

  • Policy information;

  • Agent information; and

  • Any other information included in the mailing.

5. Document Content

You are responsible for the content of all documents and materials submitted through the Service.

Mail My Final Expense Client does not independently verify that submitted documents comply with insurance laws, advertising rules, carrier requirements, licensing requirements, disclosure requirements, intellectual-property laws, or other applicable regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse to process materials that we reasonably believe are unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate for our Service.

6. Mailing, Delivery, and Tracking

We use third-party mailing, postage, shipping, and delivery providers to complete orders.

Any delivery date or delivery timeframe provided through the Service is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise. Once an item has been transferred to the applicable mailing or delivery provider, its transportation and delivery are subject to that provider's operations.

We do not guarantee a specific delivery date or successful delivery to a particular recipient.

Mail may be delayed, returned, lost, damaged, or deemed undeliverable for reasons outside our control, including incorrect addresses, postal delays, weather, carrier disruptions, recipient relocation, or other circumstances.

Where available, tracking or proof-of-mailing information may be provided as part of the Service.

7. Order Processing

We make reasonable efforts to process orders accurately and promptly.

Processing times may vary based on order volume, system availability, weekends, holidays, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

An order is considered fulfilled by us when the requested materials have been properly prepared and transferred to the applicable mailing or delivery provider using the information submitted with the order.

8. Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all charges displayed or otherwise communicated to you at the time an order is submitted.

Prices may change at any time. Price changes will not ordinarily affect orders already accepted and paid for.

Applicable taxes, postage, processing charges, or other fees may be included in or added to the price as disclosed during the ordering process.

You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method provided for orders and other amounts you authorize.

9. Refunds and Reprints

Because our services involve customized printing and mailing, orders generally cannot be refunded once printing, preparation, postage purchasing, or mailing has begun.

If we make a material fulfillment error, such as printing the wrong submitted document or mailing materials to an address different from the address properly submitted with the order, our responsibility will generally be limited, at our discretion, to correcting, reprinting, or remailing the affected order or refunding the amount paid for that order.

We are not responsible for costs resulting from errors in information or documents submitted by the user.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;

  • Send fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, defamatory, or unlawful materials;

  • Violate another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights;

  • Submit information you do not have authority to possess, use, or disclose;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Service; or

  • Use the Service for any fraudulent or abusive purpose.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may depend upon third-party providers for functions such as website hosting, payment processing, printing, postage, mailing, tracking, and delivery.

We are not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, outages, security practices, policies, or performance of third-party providers that are outside our reasonable control.

Use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the applicable provider's own terms and policies.

12. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available without interruption or error.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict all or part of the Service when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, operational, legal, or business reasons.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every user's particular legal, regulatory, compliance, or business requirements.

Users are responsible for determining whether their use of the Service complies with their own professional and regulatory obligations.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mail My Final Expense Client and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Service.

This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost commissions, lost business opportunities, loss of data, reputational harm, or damages arising from postal delays, failed delivery, inaccurate information submitted by a user, or third-party service interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from any individual order will not exceed the amount paid to us for the affected order.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mail My Final Expense Client and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:

  • Information or documents you submit;

  • Your violation of applicable laws or regulations;

  • Your violation of these Terms; or

  • Your infringement of another person's rights.

16. No Agency or Insurance Relationship

Your use of Mail My Final Expense Client does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, brokerage, fiduciary, or agency relationship between you and Mail My Final Expense Client.

We act solely as a service provider performing document fulfillment and mailing functions at your direction.

We do not become the insurance agent, broker, carrier, or representative of the client whose information is submitted through the Service.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Service, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.

The current version will be posted on our website with its effective date. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any legal proceeding arising from these Terms or the Service must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in California.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or terms expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and Mail My Final Expense Client regarding your use of the Service.
