Your Client Information Stays Private

We understand that you're trusting us with information about your clients. We take that extremely seriously.

Here’s exactly how we handle it:

  • We never sell or share information submitted by you.

  • Order information is deleted from our systems within 90 days. We have no use for it, so we delete it.

  • We never market to your clients or communicate with your clients. They are YOUR clients.

  • Your client information is never used for leads, solicitation, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to completing your order.

  • Your orders are processed primarily through automated systems. There is not a person sitting behind a computer opening orders and reading through your clients' information or policy documents.

  • The limited human involvement that may occur is for things like matching printed documents with the correct folder or envelope, or resolving a problem with an order.

  • Mailing providers may retain basic mailing and tracking records for approximately one year. This allows for tracking, delivery verification, and proof of mailing.

Simply put: Your clients are your clients. We use their information only to complete the mailing you've asked us to perform. We don't sell it, market to it, or use it to build a client or lead database.

The complete Privacy Policy below provides the legal details.

Mail My Final Expense Client (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of information submitted through our service. Our service is designed to process and mail documents on behalf of insurance professionals while minimizing access to and retention of client information.

1. Information We Collect

When an order is submitted, we may receive information necessary to prepare, process, and mail the requested documents. This may include client names, mailing addresses, policy-related documents, and other information provided by the person placing the order.

We collect and process this information solely for the purpose of fulfilling the requested mailing service.

2. We Do Not Sell or Share Client Information

We do not sell, rent, trade, market, or otherwise disclose client information submitted to us for unrelated purposes.

Client information is used only as necessary to process, prepare, and complete the requested mailing and to operate our service.

Information may be transmitted to service providers involved in fulfilling the mailing, such as printing, postage, shipping, or mailing providers, only to the extent necessary to complete the requested service.

3. Automated Processing and Limited Human Access

Our order fulfillment process is designed to be primarily automated, minimizing the need for human access to client information.

In the normal course of processing an order, client information is processed electronically and is not individually reviewed or examined by our staff. Our employees and contractors do not routinely open, read, analyze, or otherwise review the personal or policy information contained in submitted documents.

Limited human access may occur when necessary to physically fulfill an order, such as matching printed documents with the correct folder, package, or envelope. Human access may also be necessary in limited circumstances to resolve an order problem, respond to a customer support request, troubleshoot a technical issue, or address a security concern.

We do not manually review client information for marketing, sales, profiling, data collection, or any purpose unrelated to providing the requested service.

Our goal is straightforward: process the information necessary to complete the mailing, limit human access to that information, and delete the order information when it is no longer needed.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We do not retain order information longer than necessary for our service.

Order information stored on systems under our control is deleted within 90 days after the order is processed, except where a longer retention period is required by law, necessary to address a dispute or security issue, or otherwise required for legitimate legal or operational purposes.

Once deleted from our active systems, we do not maintain client information for future marketing, solicitation, resale, or other commercial use.

5. Mailing and Tracking Records

Third-party mailing or shipping service providers may maintain records associated with a mailing, including tracking numbers, mailing dates, delivery information, postage records, or proof of mailing.

Mailing and tracking records associated with our service may be retained by the applicable mailing provider for approximately one year, subject to that provider's own policies and legal requirements.

These records are maintained for purposes such as tracking, delivery verification, and proof of mailing. We do not control the independent data-retention practices of third-party mailing or shipping providers.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information submitted through our service against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.

Because no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, we cannot guarantee absolute security. However, our service is intentionally designed to limit both access to client information and the length of time that information is retained.

7. Use of Information

Information submitted through Mail My Final Expense Client is used only for purposes reasonably necessary to provide and operate the requested service.

We do not use the client's information to market directly to the client or to independently solicit the client for insurance products or other services.

  • Process and fulfill mailing orders;

  • Print, prepare, organize, address, and mail documents;

  • Provide tracking or proof-of-mailing information;

8. Third-Party Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers to operate portions of our website, payment processing, document processing, printing, mailing, postage, tracking, or other functions necessary to provide the service.

Information is provided to these service providers only as reasonably necessary for them to perform the applicable service. Their handling of information may also be governed by their own privacy policies, security practices, and legal obligations.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices. The current version will be posted on our website with its effective date.
